Pastoral Leaders have rarely been so challenged as at present. This website offers the thoughts of a retired pastor with a social-psychological and leadership training background. I offer it as my continuing service to the church, in the hope that it will encourage and assist pastors and other pastoral ministers, as well as anyone (of any faith or none) curious about how the Catholic Christian tradition can help us to make sense of our world.
